Stewardship of the Earth is the responsibility of all 365 days a year, not just on Earth Day.
This year, we'll be celebrating the Earth on April 17th at the Michigan Friend's Center, a beautiful facility surrounded by 92 lakefront acres belonging to Friend's Lake Cooperative Community in Chelsea. We will have pot-luck desserts and watch the video "The Power of Community: How Cuba Survived Peak Oil". Afterwards, we will discuss the international Transition movement.
